Send production documents

Based on the production task, usually for a short time period, e.g., current production day (what products will be produced/aggregated & in what quantity), a production/packaging document can be created using method /make_production/.

Note: this method required no signature with no compression, size of unpacked data cannot be more than 1 Mb.
