Close production batch once production/aggregation process is completed

A /close_batch/ method is used to return the quantity of unused codes back to the balance of the business entity. This method must be used only after the /make_aggregation/ method because it deletes all the unused codes. In case you send /close_batch/ before the aggregation, the system will not be able to activate codes that were generated.

Note: /make_aggregation/ must be sent before /close_batch/.

Note: this method required no signature with no compression.
